Vorinostat side effect was reported by a Health Professional from SINGAPORE on June 12, 2007. Female patient, 51 years of age, was diagnosed with breast cancer metastatic and was treated with Vorinostat. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: ascites, body temperature increased, dehydration, fatigue, hypokalaemia, obstruction gastric, oral intake reduced, pleural effusion, vomiting. Vorinostat dosage: 400 MG/AM/PO. During the same period patient was treated with METOCLOPRAMIDE, MORPHINE, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, CHLORIDE, TOLBUTAMIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 05/05/2007.

Vorinostat side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Sept 26, 2007. Female patient, 18 years of age, weighting 114.0 lb, was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukaemia and was treated with Vorinostat. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain What is  abdominal pain, caecitis, cellulitis What is  cellulitis, cheilitis, febrile neutropenia, herpes simplex What is  herpes simplex, oral intake reduced, pyrexia, weight decreased. Vorinostat dosage: 400 MG/DAILY/PO CAP. During the same period patient was treated with DECITABINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
