Voriconazole side effect was reported by a Physician from on June 21, 2005. Male patient, 52 years of age, weighting 138.9 lb, was diagnosed with systemic candida and was treated with Voriconazole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: overdose, pyrexia, rash maculo-papular, renal failure. Voriconazole dosage: 800 MG (INTERVAL: EVERY DAY), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with AMIKACIN, PIPERACILLINE SEL DE NA, AMPHOTERICIN B, CYCLOSPORINE, VANCOMYCINE CHLORHYDRATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Patient recovered.

Patient died on 05/10/2005.
