Female patient, 24 years of age, weighting 104.7 lb, was diagnosed with prophylaxis and was treated with Voriconazole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: eye swelling, fungus sputum test positive, malaise, myalgia, productive cough, pyrexia. Voriconazole dosage: 400 MG (200 MG, 2 IN 1 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOSPORINE, ACYCLOVIR, CIPROFLOXACIN, OMEPRAZOLE, ACETAMINOPHEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
