Voriconazole side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from CANADA on Apr 23, 2008. Male patient, child 11 years of age, was diagnosed with fungal infection  and was treated with Voriconazole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hypoxia, multi-organ failure, neutropenia, pyrexia. Voriconazole dosage: DAILY DOSE:4MG/KG-TEXT:4 MG/KG-FREQ:EVERY 12 HRS. Patient died on 05/10/2005.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hepatic failure, multi-organ failure, pleural effusion, respiratory failure, venoocclusive liver disease, zygomycosis. Voriconazole dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with THALIDOMIDE, CASPOFUNGIN. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with TACROLIMUS, METHOTREXATE, FLUOROURACIL. Patient died.

During the same period patient was treated with TACROLIMUS, METHOTREXATE, FLUOROURACIL. Patient died.
