Voriconazole dosage: 400 MG (200 MG, 2 IN 1 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOSPORINE, ACYCLOVIR, CIPROFLOXACIN, OMEPRAZOLE, ACETAMINOPHEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
