After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, amnesia, confusional state, disturbance in attention, dysarthria, encephalopathy, hallucination, nystagmus, pupillary reflex impaired. Voriconazole dosage: 400 MG EVERY 12 HOURS IV. During the same period patient was treated with TYLENOL W, INHALERS, DILTIAZEM, COLACE, HALOPERIDOL, LORAZEPAM, ACTOS. Patient recovered.
