After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anuria, bronchopulmonary aspergillosis, haemodialysis, renal impairment, weight increased. Voriconazole dosage: 700 MG (350 MG, 1 IN 12 HR), INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with AMPHOTERICIN B, VANCOMYCIN, MOXIFLOXACIN, PREDNISONE, LEPIRUDIN, MAGNESIUM SULPHATE, ERYTHROMYCIN, NYSTATIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 01/21/2005.
