After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agranulocytosis, alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood bilirubin increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, c-reactive protein increased, cardiac arrest What is  cardiac arrest, cerebral infarction, culture urine positive. Voltaren dosage: 25 MG/DAY. During the same period patient was treated with TEGRETOL, AMOBAN, ZOLPIDEM. Patient died.
