After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic shock, blood glucose increased, blood ph decreased, blood pressure immeasurable, cardiac arrest What is  cardiac arrest, cardio-respiratory arrest, dyspnoea, electromechanical dissociation, haematocrit decreased. Voltaren dosage: 25 MG, ONCE/SINGLE. During the same period patient was treated with ENSURE, WARFARIN, D ALFA, CYANOCOBALAMIN, GASCON, GASMOTIN, MUCOSOLATE, SIGMART. Patient died on 04/14/2006.
