Male patient, weighting 240.0 lb, was diagnosed with alcoholism  and was treated with Vivitrol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alcohol use, condition aggravated, dyspnoea, gastric disorder, hepatic cirrhosis, nausea . Vivitrol dosage: (380 MG 1X/MONTH INTRAMUSCULAR). During the same period patient was treated with SEROQUEL, AMBIEN CR, PROTONIX, EQUALINE, ZOLOFT, VITAMIN B12 NOS. Patient recovered.
