Vivitrol side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Feb 28, 2007. Male patient, 40 years of age, weighting 170.0 lb, was diagnosed with alcoholism  and was treated with Vivitrol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alcohol poisoning, overdose, treatment noncompliance. Vivitrol dosage: 380 MG EVERY 4 WKS IM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
