Vivitrol side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Dec 09, 2006. Female patient, 43 years of age, was diagnosed with alcoholism  and was treated with Vivitrol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abscess , necrosis. Vivitrol dosage: 380 MG QM IM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with ADVIL OTC, ZOLOFT, VISTARIL, LAMICTAL. Patient recovered.
