Vivitrol side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Nov 28, 2007. Female patient, 44 years of age, was diagnosed with alcoholism  and was treated with Vivitrol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: injection site necrosis, injection site nodule, injection site reaction. Vivitrol dosage: (380 MG 1X/MONTH INTRAMUSCULAR). Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Vivitrol dosage: (380 MG 1X/MONTH INTRAMUSCULAR). During the same period patient was treated with ZOLOFT, CAMPRAL, ACYCLOVIR, TRAZODONE, VISTARIL. Patient recovered.
