After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: impaired work ability, injection site erythema, injection site induration, injection site reaction. Vivitrol dosage: (380 MG 1X/MONTH INTRAMUSCULAR). During the same period patient was treated with SULFONAMIDE, EFFEXOR, CAMPRAL, QUETIAPINE. Patient recovered.
