After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abscess , necrosis. Vivitrol dosage: 380 MG QM IM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Vivitrol dosage: (380 MG 1X/MONTH INTRAMUSCULAR). During the same period patient was treated with SYNTHROID, CYMBALTA. Patient recovered.
