Vivactil and completed suicide Patient Reports February 10, 2012

Vivactil side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Oct 14, 2005. Female patient, weighting 175.0 lb, was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome  and was treated with Vivactil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: completed suicide, gun shot wound. Vivactil dosage: 10MG TABLETS 3 X DAILY PO. During the same period patient was treated with LORAZEPAM, WELLBUTRIN, LUNESTA, ZOMIG, ULTRAN, DAVOCET. Patient died on 08/07/2005.
