After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure, cerebrovascular accident, dysphagia, pneumonia , speech disorder, transient ischaemic attack. Vitamins dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DIGOXIN, ARICEPT, PLAVIX. Patient died on 02/15/2007.

During the same period patient was treated with TYLENOL, FORTEO, WARFARIN, FLUDROCORTISONE ACETATE, HYDROCORTISONE, PREVACID, FOLIC ACID. Patient recovered.

Vitamins dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LANOXIN, ARICEPT, PLAVIX, VERAPAMIL, CELEBREX, TYLENOL, CALTRATE. Patient died on 02/15/2007.
