Vitamin Side Effects Report #4685801-7
Vitamin side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on June 02, 2005. Female patient, 77 years of age, weighting 127.9 lb, was diagnosed with international normalised ratio increased and was treated with Vitamin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cyanosis, eye rolling, infusion related reaction, memory impairment, oxygen saturation decreased. Vitamin dosage: 10 MG IVPB. During the same period patient was treated with POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, FUROSEMIDE, NORMAL SALINE, ACETAMINOPHEN. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cyanosis, eye rolling, infusion related reaction. Vitamin dosage: 10 MG IVPB. During the same period patient was treated with POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, FUROSEMIDE, NORMAL SALINE, ACETAMINOPHEN. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure decreased, dyspnoea, heart rate increased, infusion related reaction, pharyngeal oedema. Vitamin dosage: 10 MG/ML, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with DEMEROL, GRAVOL, HEAPARIN, BENDADRYL, ATIVAN, FAMOTIDINE. Patient recovered.
