Vitamin side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Nov 17, 2008. Female patient, 79 years of age, weighting 150.0 lb, was diagnosed with osteoporosis What is  osteoporosis and was treated with Vitamin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebrovascular accident. Vitamin dosage: 1.25 MG, MONTHLY, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with LISINOPRIL, ZEGERID, LIPITOR, LEVOTHYROXANE, PLAVIX. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 85 years of age, weighting 217.0 lb, was diagnosed with haemosiderosis, anaemia, headache What is  headache, hypertension and was treated with Vitamin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atelectasis, cerebral infarction, cerebral ischaemia, cerebrovascular accident, confusional state, deep vein thrombosis What is  deep vein thrombosis, headache What is  headache, neck pain. Vitamin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOSPORINE, EXJADE, ARANESP, LEVAQUIN, ACETAMINOPHEN, NORVASC, LISINOPRIL, PREVACID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 07/07/2006.
