and was treated with Vitamin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebrovascular accident. Vitamin dosage: 1.25 MG, MONTHLY, ORAL. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atelectasis, cerebral infarction, cerebral ischaemia, cerebrovascular accident, confusional state, deep vein thrombosis , headache , neck pain. Vitamin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOSPORINE, EXJADE, ARANESP, LEVAQUIN, ACETAMINOPHEN, NORVASC, LISINOPRIL, PREVACID. Patient was hospitalized.
