After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: back pain , infusion related reaction, myocardial infarction. Visudyne dosage: 24 ML DAILY IV. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISONE, ZOCOR, COREG, LEVONEX, COUMADIN, LANOXIN, LISINOPRIL, PEPCID AC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
