Male patient, weighting 142.0 lb, was diagnosed with depression , anxiety  and was treated with Vistaril. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: condition aggravated, depression , suicide attempt. Vistaril dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TRAZODONE, KLONOPIN, SEROQUEL, WELLBUTRIN, PROZAC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
