Visipaque Side Effects Report #4701444-0
Visipaque side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on June 14, 2005. Female patient, 70 years of age, weighting 191.8 lb, was diagnosed with stent placement and was treated with Visipaque. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: post procedural complication, pulmonary oedema, renal failure acute, respiratory arrest. Visipaque dosage: 200 MG, SINGLE DOSE, I.V.. During the same period patient was treated with VANCOMYCIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accelerated idioventricular rhythm, arteriogram coronary abnormal, blood pressure decreased, fall , heart rate decreased, loss of consciousness, post procedural complication, respiratory arrest. Visipaque dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CARVEDILOL, CALCITRIOL, CALCIUM CARBONATE, POLYSTYRENE SULFONATE, EPOGEN. Patient recovered.
