Visipaque Side Effects Report #6123696-5
Visipaque side effect was reported by a Physician from KOREA, REPUBLIC OF on Mar 10, 2009. Female patient, 66 years of age, was diagnosed with therapeutic embolisation and was treated with Visipaque. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: loss of consciousness. Visipaque dosage: 150 ML, SINGLE DOSE, I.A.. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 83 years of age, was diagnosed with renal cell carcinoma and was treated with Visipaque. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac arrest , depressed level of consciousness, heart rate decreased, loss of consciousness, malaise, retching, right ventricular failure, ventricular fibrillation. Visipaque dosage: 120 ML, SINGLE DOSE, I.V.. During the same period patient was treated with CARVEDILOL, LASIX. Patient died on 02/18/2008.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: loss of consciousness, oxygen saturation abnormal, respiratory disorder. Visipaque dosage: BETWEEN 150 AND 200 ML, I.A.. Patient died on 04/22/2008.
