After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: renal failure. Visicol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DULCOLAX, GLUCOPHAGE, GLUCOTROL, LOPRESSOR, DIOVAN, CALAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
