Male patient, weighting 6.61 lb, was diagnosed with vertical infection transmission, acquired immunodeficiency syndrome, hiv infection  and was treated with Viramune. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia macrocytic, constipation , hyperlactacidaemia, hypertriglyceridaemia, neonatal disorder, stomatitis. Viramune dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZERIT, EPIVIR, RETROVIR, SPASFON. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
