Female patient, 63 years of age, weighting 121.3 lb, was diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer and was treated with Vinorelbine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: renal failure acute, vasculitis What is  vasculitis. Vinorelbine dosage: 38 MG, SINGLE, INTRAVENOUS;. During the same period patient was treated with VINORELBINE USP, CEFTRIAXONE, CIPROFLOXACIN, CISPLATIN, CLARITHROMYCIN, DEXAMETHASONE, GENTAMICIN, PIPERACILLIN AND TAZOBACTAM. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
