During the same period patient was treated with VINORELBINE USP, CEFTRIAXONE, CIPROFLOXACIN, CISPLATIN, CLARITHROMYCIN, DEXAMETHASONE, GENTAMICIN, PIPERACILLIN AND TAZOBACTAM. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
