Vinflunine side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on Dec 13, 2004. Male patient, 49 years of age, was diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer and was treated with Vinflunine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bradycardia, heart rate increased, hypotension, infusion related reaction, syncope vasovagal. Vinflunine dosage: ACTUAL DOSE WAS 499 MG.. During the same period patient was treated with CARBOPLATIN, EFFERALGAN, ZOPHREN, ARANESP, SILOMAT, ANAUSIN, MOVICOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Vinflunine side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on Feb 18, 2005. Female patient, 74 years of age, was diagnosed with breast cancer metastatic and was treated with Vinflunine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anuria, clostridial infection, dehydration, enterocolitis, escherichia infection, febrile neutropenia, gastrointestinal necrosis, hypotension, intestinal infarction. Vinflunine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DOXORUBICIN, LEVOTHYROXINE, MOVICOL, ATACAND. Patient recovered.
