Female patient, child 4 years of age, weighting 35.27 lb, was diagnosed with rhabdomyosarcoma and was treated with Vincristine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, hepatomegaly, pyrexia, thrombocytopenia, transaminases increased, venoocclusive disease, weight increased. Vincristine dosage: 1.5 MG/M2 WEEKLY PU. During the same period patient was treated with DACTINOMYCIN, BACTRIM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
