After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bone marrow failure, mucosal haemorrhage, myelodysplastic syndrome, pancytopenia, paraproteinaemia, paroxysmal nocturnal haemoglobinuria, renal impairment, skin haemorrhage.
