Female patient, 51 years of age, was diagnosed with t-cell type acute leukaemia and was treated with Vincristine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, ascites, facial paresis, flatulence, hemiparesis, hepatomegaly, hypoaesthesia, jaundice , pancytopenia. Vincristine dosage: 1.5 MG/M2, DAYS 1 AND 8. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISONE, METHOTREXATE, DAUNORUBICIN, ASPARAGINASE. Patient died.
