Female patient, 69 years of age, weighting 115.0 lb, was diagnosed with cataract operation and was treated with Vigamox. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , arthralgia, balance disorder, dizziness , headache , heart rate increased, insomnia, myalgia, nausea . Vigamox dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NEVANAC. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure increased, cataract operation, chest pain , convulsion, dyspnoea, headache , palpitations. Vigamox dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NEVANAC, ISTALOL, PREDTE, XALATAN SOLUTION, PHENOBARBITAL, TEGRETOL, TRICOR, VETIA. Patient recovered.
