Male patient, 56 years of age, weighting 147.7 lb, was diagnosed with immunodeficiency, lipoatrophy and was treated with Videx. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: myocardial infarction. Videx dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VIRAMUNE, ZIAGEN, LIPANTHYL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
