Videx Side Effects Report #5185757-7
Videx side effect was reported by a Health Professional from AUSTRALIA on Dec 13, 2006. Male patient, 51 years of age, was diagnosed with hiv infection , hypertension and was treated with Videx. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , atrial fibrillation , blood amylase increased, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, flatulence, nephrolithiasis, pancreatitis, portal hypertension, splenomegaly. Videx dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with RIBOFLAVIN, PROLEUKIN, BACTRIM DS, COMBIVIR, QUINAPRIL, COENZYME Q. Patient recovered.

Videx dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with INDINIVIR SULPHATE, RITONAVIR, LAMIVUDINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , blood amylase increased, flatulence, hepatic function abnormal, pancreatitis. Videx dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CYMEVENE, TRIPRIM, DAPSONE, ZOVIRAX, NAPROSYN, PYRIDOXINE, ISONIAZID, ANSAMYCIN. Patient died on 05/17/1992.
