Male patient, 80 years of age, weighting 130.0 lb, was diagnosed with myelodysplastic syndrome and was treated with Vidaza. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain
, cardio-respiratory arrest, diarrhoea, haemoglobin decreased, jaundice
, neutropenia, pyrexia. Vidaza dosage: 60 MG(M2 (100 MG), SUBCUTANEOUS. During the same period patient was treated with ADVAIR DISKUS, LASIX, NORVASC, PLAVIX, PROTONIX, PREDNISONE, TOPROL, PRAVACHOL. Patient died on 10/31/2005.Vidaza Side Effects Report #4786831-7
