Male patient, 69 years of age, weighting 194.0 lb, was diagnosed with pain  and was treated with Vicodin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: refusal of treatment by patient, suicidal ideation. Vicodin dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
