Vibramycin side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from SWEDEN on Apr 18, 2006. Female patient, 83 years of age, was diagnosed with upper respiratory tract infection, ill-defined disorder and was treated with Vibramycin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: eye pruritus, ocular hyperaemia, rash , stevens-johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis. Vibramycin dosage: 100 MG (100 MG), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with ALLOPURINOL, SELOKEN ZOC, RAMIPRIL, SIMVASTATIN, COCILLANA, DIAZEPAM, DIGOXIN, PREDNISOLON. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, weighting 119.0 lb, was diagnosed with rosacea , mycobacterium avium complex infection, hypothyroidism and was treated with Vibramycin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: stevens-johnson syndrome. Vibramycin dosage: DAILY DOSE:50MG. During the same period patient was treated with LOXONIN, CLARITHROMYCIN, EBASTEL, TEPRENONE, THYREOID, VALSARTAN, SIMVASTATIN, TAMOXIFEN CITRATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
