Female patient, weighting 102.1 lb, was diagnosed with sinusitis What is  sinusitis and was treated with Vibramycin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dehydration, disorientation, hypotension, syncope. Vibramycin dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with PANITUMUMAB, LANSOPRAZOLE, LEVOXYL, WARFARIN, ACETAMINOPHEN, IBUPROFEN, IRON, ARANESP. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
