Female patient, 77 years of age, weighting 116.0 lb, was diagnosed with sinusitis fungal and was treated with Vfend. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: eye disorder, hallucination, visual, rash . Vfend dosage: 400 MG (200 MG, 2 IN 1 D). During the same period patient was treated with ANTIBIOTICS, VYTORIN, ASPIRIN, TRIAMTERENE, INDERAL, PRILOSEC, FOSAMAX. Patient recovered.
