After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, cardiac failure acute, cardiomegaly, disease recurrence, fungal sepsis, pneumonia . Vfend dosage: 400 MG (200 MG, 1 IN 2 D), INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with IMMUNOSUPPRESSIVE AGENTS, MAXIPIME, FOSFLUCONAZOLE, CLINDAMYCIN, CLARITHROMYCIN, LEVOFLOXACIN. Patient recovered.
