After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood culture positive, cardiac arrest , malaise, sinus bradycardia, syncope. Vfend dosage: 200 MG (5 IN 1 D), INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with CORTICOSTEROIDS. Patient recovered.
