After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bronchopulmonary aspergillosis, cerebral ischaemia, cerebrovascular accident, cerebrovascular disorder, coma, cytomegalovirus gastritis, fungal infection What is  fungal infection, gastric ulcer, gastritis erosive.
