Female patient, 42 years of age, was diagnosed with acute promyelocytic leukaemia and was treated with Vesanoid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: deafness, deafness unilateral, dry skin, ear discomfort, ear disorder, eye infection , fatigue, headache . Vesanoid dosage: 10 MG 2 PER DAY ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with IDARUBICIN. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with LORATADINE, DOCUSATE, RANITIDINE, SULFAMETHOXAZOLE AND TRIMETHOPRIM, TOPIRAMATE. Patient recovered.

Vesanoid dosage: 30 MG 2 PER DAY ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with VFEND. Patient recovered.
