Vesanoid side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Feb 21, 2003. Male patient, 75 years of age, weighting 174.2 lb, was diagnosed with acute promyelocytic leukaemia, infection  and was treated with Vesanoid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: disseminated intravascular coagulation, rash erythematous, retinoic acid syndrome. Vesanoid dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with HEPARIN, PENTCILLIN, POLYMYXIN B SULPHATE, DIFLUCAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 02/10/2003.
