Vesanoid Side Effects Report #4555942-3
Vesanoid side effect was reported by a Physician from on Apr 19, 2004. Male patient, 91 years of age, was diagnosed with acute promyelocytic leukaemia and was treated with Vesanoid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: diarrhoea, lung infiltration, neutropenia, no adverse effect, pleural effusion, pyrexia, retinoic acid syndrome. Vesanoid dosage: 40 MG 2 PER DAY ORAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Vesanoid side effect was reported by a Physician from on Apr 08, 2005. Female patient, 58 years of age, was diagnosed with acute promyelocytic leukaemia and was treated with Vesanoid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebral venous thrombosis, culture stool positive, diarrhoea, intracranial venous sinus thrombosis, loss of consciousness, paralysis , rheumatoid arthritis , staphylococcal infection , white blood cell count increased. Vesanoid dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CYLOCIDE, IDAMYCIN, CRAVIT, FLUCONAZOLE, TAZOCIN, FIRSTCIN, MEROPEN. Patient died on 04/14/2005.

Vesanoid side effect was reported by a Physician from on Apr 08, 2005. Female patient, 50 years of age, was diagnosed with acute promyelocytic leukaemia and was treated with Vesanoid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: diarrhoea, intracranial venous sinus thrombosis, loss of consciousness, melaena, staphylococcal infection . Vesanoid dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CYLOCIDE, IDAMYCIN, CRAVIT, FLUCONAZOLE, TAZOCIN, FIRSTCIN, MEROPEN. Patient died on 04/14/2005.
