After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , dissociation, dysacusis, fear, feeling abnormal, mental disorder, panic reaction, tinnitus , visual disturbance. Versed dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ANTIEMETIC UNK. Patient recovered.
