Female patient was diagnosed with heart rate irregular, atrial fibrillation  and was treated with Verapamil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrial fibrillation , cardiogenic shock, cardiomegaly, confusional state, cyanosis, depressed level of consciousness, dizziness , hypotension, oxygen saturation immeasurable. Verapamil dosage: 240 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with DIGOXIN, WARFARIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
