After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chest discomfort, chest pain , cold sweat, dizziness , heart rate increased, hyperhidrosis, nervousness. Ventolin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MICARDIS, LIPITOR, SINGULAIR, LASIX, ASPIRIN, SYNTHROID, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, FISH OIL. Patient recovered.
