Male patient, 38 years of age, was diagnosed with systemic sclerosis and was treated with Ventavis. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: antinuclear antibody positive, cyanosis, disease progression, disease recurrence, gangrene, gastritis, ischaemia, no therapeutic response, red blood cell sedimentation rate increased. Ventavis dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TRACLEER, NIFEDIPINE, CLOPIDOGREL, LOSARTAN POTASSIUM, FLUOXETINE, LANSOPRAZOLE, METHYLPREDNISOLONE, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE.
