Female patient, 60 years of age, was diagnosed with depression , suicide attempt, diabetes mellitus and was treated with Venlafaxine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood bicarbonate, blood bicarbonate abnormal, blood potassium increased, completed suicide, dehydration, drooling, gastrointestinal motility disorder, glasgow coma scale abnormal, intentional misuse. Venlafaxine dosage: 50 MG, ^30 TBL^ (OVERDOSE AMOUNT), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with GLUCOPHAGE, HYPNOGEN, DIAPREL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
